The Cancellation and Refund Policies for an MCC event are as follows:
Substitution
If a registrant is unable to attend an MCC event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place. The invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.
Cancellation
Registrations cancelled more than 3 weeks before an event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid. Registrations cancelled less than 3 weeks before an event are no longer eligible for a refund.
